Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

If delivery charges have been paid in advance and the order has already been handed over to the courier company, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the full order amount has been paid and the parcel is already been handed over to the courier company, the shipping charges will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are refundable only if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier company and is still in our possession.
